Former professional dancer Davidson Reid opened Physical Culture after decades teaching Pilates and studying Structural Integration under anatomy icon Thomas Myers. He teamed up with Sarah Cook, a pelvic‑health Pilates specialist, to create Atlanta’s first studio that truly bridges rehab and performance.

I have loved exercise for as long as I can remember - running, soccer, yoga, HIIT workouts, boxing, tennis, etc. The sweatier the better.
